Coady Frame - Mochipongo, VA

Erection of an octagonal timber frame interpretation of Thomas Jefferson’s retreat at Poplar Forest is now in process in Machipongo, VA. The Coady frame crew left the shop early Monday morning and given good weather should have the frame erected by weeks end. Stay tuned for pictures and follow up on the web site!

March 18, 2008 – Amy Weaver, VP-Finance/Business Manager for Lancaster County Timber Frames, Inc. (LCTF, Inc.) was elected the Secretary for the Executive Board of Directors of the Timber Frame Business Council (TFBC). She will serve as the Secretary for a one-year term and on the Board for a three-year term.
TFBC is a Hamilton, MT-based (relocating very soon to PA) North American trade organization of professionals involved in the timber frame building and restoration industry. Members include timber frame professionals, architects, engineers, general contractors, schools, and suppliers.
