Time Flies

Just shy of three years after the initial contact, a project for Jeff Sterner & Roxann Luckenbill of Hamburg, PA is coming to fruition. The raw timbers have arrived & the projected date for raising is the end of July.

NJ Project

This week we signed with WDL Builders of Tabernacle, NJ for a residential project in Medford, NJ. This is our fourth partnering with WDL Builders.

Andy Groen & wife Caitlin had their second child, Amalia, on 23 May.

Josh Englehart, who has been with the company for six years, is marrying Jess Conant this coming weekend.

Our best to both these couples.

I-70 Project Update


Cutting and Carving has begun on the I-70 Welcome Center. Erection of the first of two structures is scheduled for June.

Local Outdoor Dining Pavilion




LCTF, Inc. has signed with Calabrese Good Architects to carve and erect an outdoor dining pavilion for the Heritage Hotel in Lancaster, PA. This project is the third collaboration for the two firms.

Josh Englehart - The Sequel...

Josh Englehart, a five year veteran with LCTF, left the company a year and a half ago to work with another timber frame company. But, now he's back.
